Bevel reads the body through wearables and records: strain, sleep stages, recovery, labs, a coach that sits on that data. That job is real. It is a different job than closing one RING across the plate, the session and the night.

FORM starts with what you did. Scan the meal. Log the lift. Let sleep count if you connect Health. The ring is the day, not a recovery dashboard.

Coach vs ring

If you wear a watch all day and want strain, recovery, biological-age style scores and an AI that talks to those numbers, Bevel is built for that stack. FORM will feel too simple. That is the point. The card is an estimate. The ring is the day.

If the meal is the leak — restaurant plates, barcodes, a session you still need to attach to food — a wearable coach leaves the plate in another app. FORM is the merge. Movement and rest write to the same day as fuel.

Who each is for

  • Pick Bevel if your practice is wearable scores, labs, and a coach on that data.
  • Pick FORM if you want meals, sessions and rest on one ring, and you log food by scanning more than by reading a strain chart.

You can keep a health coach and still run FORM for the day. Two sources of truth is extra work. Most people should pick the loop they will actually finish.
