BetterMe sells a path: pilates, plans, a curriculum for habits. That is a clear promise. It is not FORM’s promise.

FORM does not sell a program identity. You scan meals, log training, let rest count, and close a RING. No cheerleading. No shame copy. No free closed ring.

Program vs practice

If you want someone to hand you a pilates block and a meal plan, a wellness program is direct. FORM will feel like the wrong tool if you ignore the camera and the log. The ring is not a curriculum.

If your job is to capture the day you actually lived — mixed plates, a session you chose, sleep that happened — a program leaves that day in a diary you stop opening. FORM is the log you can finish at 21:00.

Who each is for

  • Pick BetterMe if you want a guided wellness program and that is the whole practice.
  • Pick FORM if you want one ring for fitness, nutrition, health and stats, and you log food by scanning.
