Health data is usually split. Food in a diary. Training in a gym app. Sleep in a watch. Recovery in a band. Weight in a notes file. Nothing sees the day. FORM’s health overview is that view: what you ate, how you trained, how you slept, how you recovered, and a Health Score that takes the whole picture into account.
What sits in the overview
- Meals you scanned, barcoded, read from a menu, or described.
- Workouts and programs you logged.
- Sleep and recovery FORM tracks, fed from Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Steps and weight on the same day, not another home screen.
- A Health Score that reads food, movement, sleep and recovery together.
Health Score is not a diagnosis
The Health Score is a daily picture of meals, training, sleep and recovery. It is not a medical score. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a clinician. It does not measure glucose or blood pressure. It does not extend lifespan. Empty logs make an empty picture. That is expected.
One place instead of a merge you never do
You can keep specialist apps. FORM exists because most people will not merge three of them at 22:00. The overview is useful when the meal card, the session, last night and recovery are all on the same date. Connect a watch so sleep has a source. FORM still stands on meals and training if you never connect one.
How to use it without turning it into a dashboard hobby
Open it to see the day, not to hunt for extra charts. If a number does not help you eat, train, sleep or recover, it can wait. The overview is a summary of the log, not a new sport. Scan. Train. Read sleep and recovery. Close the phone.
